Yarn Bombing and Beyond

The LAB Anti-Mall with Knots of Love, The Linus Project, TEDxYouth@Bommer Canyon and the Yarnover Truck will host Yarn Bombing and Beyond during the month of August. Volunteers of all knitting and crocheting abilities are welcome to drop off items, join yarn bombing parties at The LAB or The CAMP, or sit at the community table in The LAB’s Living Room to create pieces that will be donated to cancer patients of all ages (including veterans) and children in the social services system.

WHAT WE NEED

- The knitted or crocheted items needed are: beanies and scarves for Knots of Love. Please visit their website for the required yarns that meet the needs of cancer patients and suggested patterns.

- 10-x-10-inch knitted or crocheted patches that will be stitched together to create blankets for Project Linus
